Flexible work schedule and opportunities to further my education are the most appealing factors for me. When I came to interview at BLS, the friendly staff increased my interest in this agency. I was fresh out of college and they had three areas I could work with: ‘Java J2EE’, ‘db management, and ‘PowerBuilder’. I was able to pick the area I was interested in. Since I was always top of the class in my Java courses, I chose to pursue that area."
