The differences from the 1991 OCSP job list to the 1995 job list are listed below.

We are implementing the updated 1995 job list in new survey areas. The new job list is a result of customer response; adding jobs that were under represented, and deleting jobs that consistently had poor publishability rates.

On the 1995 job list, the jobs of Scientist, Director of Personnel, and Skilled Multi-craft Maintenance Worker were added. Four jobs were expanded: Attorneys now include prosecuting attorneys and public defenders, Engineers include industrial engineers and quality control engineers, Personnel Assistants are no longer limited to those working in employment, and the General Maintenance Worker job was expanded to 2 levels. A 3-level Material Movement and Storage Worker job replaces the Material Handling Laborer, Order Filler, and Warehouse Specialist jobs. The entire job list switched from Roman to Arabic numerals to indicate job levels.
