BLS executives will present three in-depth sessions on employment and unemployment, to provide an understanding of selected topics within these subjects.

Opening Remarks for the conference will given by Jeffrey M. Lacker, President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond; Ellen Marie Hess, Virginia Employment Commissioner; and Sheila Watkins, Regional Commissioner for the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Special guest speakers for the conference will be BLS Associate Commissioner Michael W. Horrigan and BLS Assistant Commissioners Julie Hatch, Ken Robertson, and Rebecca Rust.
