Real earnings increased from April 2014 to April 2015

From April 2014 to April 2015, real average hourly earnings for all employees increased by 2.3 percent, seasonally adjusted. Real average weekly earnings also increased by 2.3 percent over the past year, while the average workweek was unchanged.

The increase in real average hourly earnings, combined with no change in the average workweek, resulted in a 2.6-percent increase in real average weekly earnings over this period.
