News release dates to change for government closure on December 5, 2018

To honor the National Day of Mourning for President George H.W. Bush, BLS announces the following changes to our release schedule:

  • Productivity and Costs 3rd Quarter 2018, Revised will move from Wednesday, December 5, 2018, to Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time.

  • County Employment and Wages 2nd Quarter 2018 Full Data Update will move from Thursday, December 6, 2018, to Monday, December 10, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. 

Please note that that there will be no changes to the following releases:

  • The Employment Situation release for November 2018 will be on Friday December 7, 2018, at 8:30 A.M Eastern Time, as previously scheduled.

  • Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey release for October 2018 will be on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, as previously scheduled.

All other subsequent release dates remain unchanged.
