Transfer of Collective Bargaining Agreements File to the Office of Labor-Management Standards

As a result of Secretary's Order 4–2007, issued in May 2007, the authority for maintaining the Department of Labor's collective bargaining agreements file has been transferred to the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS). The Bureau of Labor Statistics had been responsible for maintaining this file since 1947.
