COUNTY EMPLOYMENT AND WAGES FULL DATA UPDATE
Second Quarter 2024

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) updated the full Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages
(QCEW) database through the second quarter of 2024. Links to updated databases, files, and tables
can be found at www.bls.gov/web/cewdat.supp.toc.htm. Interactive chart data have been updated with
additional detail provided at www.bls.gov/charts/county-employment-and-wages/county-employment-by-
industry.htm.

This update includes data previously issued with the County Employment and Wages news release for
the second quarter of 2024.

		Suspension of Publication of Colorado Employment and Wage Data
	
	Effective with the release of second quarter 2024 data on November 20, 2024, the
	Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) is suspending publication of industry
	and substate employment and wage data for Colorado because of data quality issues.
	These issues are a result of a Colorado unemployment insurance system modernization.
	Statewide data for Colorado and statewide totals by ownership will continue to be

Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
