Exclude Health Aides (in K446).
Provide health care services to patients under direct supervision and responsibility of doctor of medicine or osteopathy. Elicit detailed patient histories and perform complete physical examinations. Establish preliminary diagnosis and order exams and appropriate laboratory tests. May counsel patient and family on health and disease.
