Accommodate hotel patrons by performing any combination of the following duties: greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; issue room key and instructions to Bellpersons (K464); process incoming mail and messages; answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and registration; keep records of rooms occupied and guests' accounts; present statements to departing guests and collect payment. May be designated as Desk Clerk, Room Clerk, Reservation Clerk, Floor Clerk, Hotel Clerk, etc.
