PPI Modifies News Release Tables
With the release of Producer Price Index (PPI) data for January 2026 on February 27, 2026, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) will modify the indexes listed in tables 1–3 of the PPI News Release. These changes are a result of the previously announced elimination of selected PPI commodity indexes and the PPI weight allocation update.
The updated list of indexes in each table is available in these sample copies of PPI News Release tables 1 through 3.
