KLabor Relations Specialists—-Serve as specialists concerned with implementing policies related to labor-management relations, by representing either management or unions. Study and interpret collective bargaining agreements and current labor conditions to assist in establishing policies and operating procedures; review contract administration to insure that management and labor organizations adhere to contract specifications.
Training Specialists—-Include persons concerned with personnel training and staff development programs. Methods used may include individual training, group instruction, lectures, on the job training, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Other occupations are Appeals Reviewer, Mediator or Conciliator, Union Steward, and Arbitrator.
