The Occupational Requirements Survey (ORS) is conducted by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to collect data about the requirements of work. This establishment survey collects information about the physical demands, environmental conditions, education and training, and mental requirements for jobs in the U.S. economy.
