The Produce Price Index for final demand moved up 1.1 percent for the 12 months ended in November 2019. Prices for final demand less foods, energy, and trade services moved up 1.3 percent, the smallest advance since climbing 1.3 percent in the 12 months ended September 2016.
Prices for final demand foods increased 3.2 percent, while prices for final demand energy decreased 4.0 percent over this 12-month period.

Prices for final demand goods less foods and energy were up 0.5 percent for the 12 months ended in November. Final demand trade services prices were up 1.4 percent over the year. Prices for final demand transportation and warehousing services decreased 0.4 percent, while the index for final demand services less trade, transportation, and warehousing increased 1.7 percent over these 12 months.
