The Producer Price Index for final demand rose 3.4 percent for the 12 months ended in February 2026, the largest 12-month advance since increasing 3.4 percent in February 2025. Producer prices for goods were up 2.5 percent over the year, while prices for services rose 3.8 percent.

Producer prices for foods were down 0.3 percent, and prices for energy decreased 0.7 percent. Trade prices were up 5.2 percent, while transportation and warehousing prices increased 3.3 percent.
