Real average hourly earnings for all employees increased 0.6 percent, from $24.51 in October 2014 to $24.66 in November 2014. Real average hourly earnings for production and nonsupervisory employees also increased 0.6 percent, from $20.62 to $20.74 over the month.

In March 2006, when BLS first published real earnings for all employees, average hourly earnings in constant November 2014 dollars were $23.79 for all employees and $19.70 for production and nonsupervisory employees.
