June jobless rates down in 2 states, up in 1; payroll jobs up in 1 state

In June, unemployment rates were lower in 2 states, higher in 1 state, and stable in 47 states and the District of Columbia. Nonfarm payroll employment increased in 1 state and was essentially unchanged in 49 states and the District.
