Crosswalk Information for Changes to the Employer Costs for Employee Compensation News Release on June 18, 2019

Overview

Beginning with the release of data for March 2019 on June 18, 2019, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) implemented several changes to the content and format of the Employer Costs for Employee Compensation (ECEC) news release tables. The table below provides a cross-walk between the prior tables, the new tables and the database. Examples of the new tables are provided at the bottom of this page. Tables A and 8 do not contain estimates, as tables were generated using data contained in the December 2018 News Release.
