Export prices up 8.2 percent from July 2025 to July 2026

Export prices increased 8.2 percent from July 2025 to July 2026. Prices for agricultural exports increased 5.7 percent, the largest 12-month increase since prices rose 9.3 percent from December 2021 to December 2022. Over the year ended July 2026, prices for nonagricultural exports increased 8.5 percent.

Higher prices for soybeans, other foods and food preparations, as well as oilseeds and food oils drove the 5.7-percent increase in agricultural export prices over the year ended July 2026. The 8.5-percent rise in nonagricultural exports was driven by higher prices for nonagricultural industrial supplies and materials; capital goods; as well as consumer goods, excluding automotives.
