Import fuels and lubricants prices decreased 6.0 percent over the past 12 months. Nonfuel import prices advanced 2.8 percent on a 12-month basis. The March increase was the largest over-the-year advance since the index rose 2.9 percent in October 2022.

Prices for agricultural exports increased 3.4 percent over the past 12 months, as higher prices for soybeans; other foods and food preparations; and meat more than offset lower prices for corn. Nonagricultural commodities export prices advanced 5.8 percent from March 2025 to March 2026.
