In 2020, union members accounted for 13.4 percent of wage and salary workers in Nevada, compared with 14.6 percent in 2019.
In 2019, Nevada women who were full-time wage and salary workers had median usual weekly earnings of $776, or 84.3 percent of the $920 median usual weekly earnings for their male counterparts.
Prices in the West Region, as measured by the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), edged up 0.2 percent in January, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
