Productivity decreases 0.8% in Q1 2025; unit labor costs increase 5.7% (annual rates)

Productivity decreased 0.8 percent in the nonfarm business sector in the first quarter of 2025; unit labor costs increased 5.7 percent (seasonally adjusted annual rates). In manufacturing, productivity increased 4.5 percent and unit labor costs increased 1.6 percent.
