1 - RECREATIONAL LESSONS OR OTHER INSTRUCTIONS, including -

cooking	music	skiing
dancing	needlepoint	skydiving
driving	paining	swimming
golf	photography	tennis
horse riding	sailing	all other recreational lessons
instructional day camps	sewing

2 - NURSERY SCHOOL OR CHILD DAY CARE CENTERS, including noninstructional day camps

3 - TUITION

4 - HOUSING WHILE ATTENDING SCHOOL, including -
