Revisions to Productivity and Costs for Detailed Industries - April 2025
On April 24, 2025, BLS released Productivity and Costs by Industry: Manufacturing and Mining Industries - 2024. Data from the following releases were revised:
- Productivity and Costs by Industry: Wholesale Trade and Retail Trade Industries - 2023
- Productivity and Costs by Industry: Selected Service-Providing Industries - 2023
- Total Factor Productivity for Detailed Industries - 2021
The revisions are a result of incorporating new and revised source data from:
- The BLS Current Employment Statistics (CES)
- The 2022 Economic Census
- The Census Bureau's Nonemployer Statistics
The revised data can be accessed in Tables, Charts, and Databases.
