OverviewThe Employee Benefits Survey (EBS) of the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) covers the incidence and characteristics of employee benefit plans. In even- numbered reference years, EBS data are collected for small private establishments (those employing fewer than 100 workers) and State and local governments (regardless of employment size).
