Consumer Price Index, South Region – September 2021

The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the South rose 0.3 percent in September, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.

Private industry employer costs for employee compensation among the four regions of the country ranged from $32.78 per hour in the South to $40.93 in the Northeast during June 2021.
